The use of all or part of the Site, notably by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation, or distribution for purposes other than the personal and private consultation and use of the Site by the user for non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited. The hotel strives, to the extent possible, to maintain permanent access to the Site, but is under no obligation to achieve this. The hotel may therefore interrupt access to the Site, notably for reasons of maintenance or updates, or for any other reasons, notably technical or editorial, without prior notice or information to users, without Hôtel Coeur Marin being liable for the consequences of these interruptions, both to users and any third parties.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal.

 LIABILITY

The hotel strives to ensure, to the best of its abilities, the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, which it reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the content.

However, the hotel cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, and completeness of the information made available on the Site, which information does not constitute a guarantee or an undertaking on the part of the hotel towards the user. In particular, it cannot be held responsible for:
